phase. In this stage, we prepare a Software Functionality Matrix - a prioritized list of your functional requirements.
- MANAGING the supplier evaluation and selection process. We work with the software vendors so you can go about
your daily work without constant interruption from aggressive salespeople. We also help you to evaluate vendor
responses, developing a short list of suppliers for final evaluation.
- Helping you DRIVE the initiative forward to success by developing an initial project plan including budget,
timeline and resources requirements.
